Reservation Policies

A brief overview before booking — our team is glad to clarify any detail over a call.

Standard check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
  • A valid contact number and email address must be provided at the time of booking.
  • Room rates are quoted per room, per night unless otherwise specified; applicable government taxes apply.
  • A minimum of 25% of the total billing amount is required to confirm a reservation; the balance is payable before or at check-in.
Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all adult guests at check-in. We are really sorry, we do not entertain unmarried couples and local IDs. Children above the age of 5 years will be treated as adults, and a valid child ID proof is also mandatory.
  • Modification or cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
  • Requests received less than 7 days before check-in are not accepted, and the booking is treated as non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.
  • No refund or credit is provided in case of no-show.
  • Pets are not allowed on the property.
  • Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in case of incorrect information or policy violations.
The hotel is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control — natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
